She earned her Bachelor of Engineering from Universitas Indonesia in 1998 and Master of Management from Perbanas Institute in 2009. She started her career since 1998 at several companies, including insurance. In 2015-2018, she assumed the duties of Group Head Wholesales Business of PT Mandiri AXA General Insurance, and in 2018, served as Head of Finance & Investment and Head of Bank Commercial Marketing at PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia. She was appointed as Operations Director of PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia (Nasional Re) based on the Decision of Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-284/NB.02/2023 dated 7 June 2023. 

He got his Associate Degree in Actuarial from Universitas Indonesia in 2000, and Bachelor of Fiscal Administration from Universitas Indonesia in 2007. He started his career at PT Indras Insan Jaya Utama served as Pension Administration and Actuarial Assistant in 2000-2002. In 2002-2004, assumed as Actuarial Assistant of PT John Hancock Indonesia. In 2004, appointed as Head of Retirement Benefit Administration and Actuarial. In 2004-2010, he was assigned as Corporate Actuary & Senior Consultant af Towers Watson Company. In 2010-2011, he was also trusted as Corporate Actuary of PT AXA Life Indonesia, in 2011-2012, as Corporate Actuary af Cigna Indonesia. Continued his professional career in 2012, as Vice President Head of Product Development and got promoted as a Chief Corporate Strategy Officer in 2018 af PT BNI Life Insurance. In 2018-2019, he joined Mercer Indonesia as Director – Health and Wealth. In 2019, he served as Senior Advisor at Milliman Indonesia. In 2019-2021, he was also assumed as Chief Strategy Officer of PT Bhinneka Life Indonesia. In 2021, he got trusted again as Corporate Actuary of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia. Recently, he has been appointed as Technical Director of PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia (Nasional Re) based on the Decision of Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-29/PD.02/2023 dated 28 Agustus 2023.

He earned a Bachelor's degree in Gas & Petrochemical Engineering from University of Indonesia in 1998. Started his career in the insurance industry at PT Asuransi Grasia Unisarana in 1999, and continued at several companies until 2023 he served as Head of Actuary  and Appointed Actuary of PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk. Finally, he was appointed the Director of Finance & HR of PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) on September 20, 2023.
