Additional paid-up capital amounted to Rp538,000,000,000 (five hundred thirty eight billion rupiah) from Rp463,000,000,000 (four hundred sixty- three billion rupiah)

Additional authorized capital from previously Rp400,000,000,000 (four hundred billion rupiah) to Rp1,800,000,000,000 (one trillion eight hundred billion rupiah).

Additional paid-up capital from ASKRINDO amounted to Rp150,000,000,000 (one hundred and fifty billion rupiah) in the form of fresh money so that the Company’s paid up capital became Rp363,000,000,000 (three hundred and sixty-three billion rupiah) from its previous Rp213,000,000,000 (two hundred thirteen billion rupiah).

Additional paid-up capital from ASKRINDO amounted to Rp100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion rupiah) in the form of fresh money, so that the paid-up capital became Rp463,000,000,000 (four hundred and sixty-three trillion rupiah) from Rp363.000.000.000 (three hundred and sixty three billion rupiah)

2013

Additional paid-up capital from ASKRINDO amounted to Rp75,000,000,000 (seventyfi ve billion rupiah) so that the paid-up capital became Rp213,000,000,000 (two hundred and thirteen billion rupiah) in accordance with Notarial Deed of Umaran Mansjur, S.H., No. 9 dated May 03, 2013, with the approval of the Department of Law & Human Rights No. AHUAH.01.10–24996 dated June 20, 2013.

2011

Change in the Company’s authorized capital from Rp100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion rupiah) to Rp400,000,000,000 (four hundred billion rupiah), by Notary Umaran Mansjur, S.H. No. 9 dated July 29, 2011, with the ratifi cation of the Department of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-53290. AH.01.02 dated November 1, 2011.

Additional paid-up capital from ASKRINDO amounted to Rp53,000,000,000 (fi fty three billion rupiah), in the form of land and offi ce buildings on Jl. Cikini Raya No. 99 Central Jakarta, worth Rp35,000,000,000 (thirty fi ve billion rupiah) and the transfer of general reserve funds amounting Rp15,000,000,000 (fi fteen billion rupiah), so that the paid-up capital became Rp138,000,000,000 (one hundred thirty-eight billion rupiah) from previously Rp85,000,000,000 (eighty-fi ve billion rupiah), in accordance with Notarial Deed of Umaran Mansjur, S.H. No. 9 dated July 29, 2011, with the approval of the Department of Law & Human Rights No. AHU- 53290.AH.01.02 dated November 01, 2011.

2007

Additional paid-up capital from ASKRINDO amounted to Rp10,000,000,000 (ten billion rupiah) so that the paid-up capital increased from previously Rp75,000,000,000 (seventyfi ve billion rupiah) become Rp85,000,000,000 (eighty-fi ve billion rupiah) in accordance with the Notarial Deed of Sutjipto, S.H. No. 108 dated February 22, 2007, with the approval of the Department of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia No.W 7-HT.01.04-4562 dated August 15, 2007.

2005

On October 28, 2005, NASIONAL RE entered into Sharia Reinsurance business. This was done to accommodate the reinsurance business with Islamic principles, whereas in accordance with the provision that every sharia insurance company must put its reinsurance in its insurance company with sharia principles. Paid-in Capital of the Company’s Sharia reinsurance unit amounted Rp10,000,000,000 (ten billion rupiah).

Additional paid-up capital from ASKRINDO amounted to Rp10,000,000,000 (ten billion rupiah) so that the paid-up capital increased from previously Rp65,000,000,000 (sixtyfi ve billion rupiah) to Rp75,000,000,000 (seventy fi ve billion rupiah) in accordance with the Notarial Deed of Sutjipto, S.H. No. 42 dated August 10, 2005, with the approval of the Department of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia No. C-24079 HT.01.04 Th 2005 dated August 15, 2005.

2000

Additional paid-up capital from ASKRINDO amounted to Rp15,000,000,000 (fi fteen billion rupiah) thus the Company’s fully paid capital became Rp65,000,000,000 (sixty-fi ve billion rupiah) according to the Notarial Deed of Sutjipto, S.H. No. 37 dated June 16, 2000 as ratifi ed by the Decree of Department of Justice No. C-00 902 HT.01.04 dated January 18, 2003

1999

Additional paid-up capital from ASKRINDO as Majority Shareholder, amounted to Rp25,000,000,000 (twenty-fi ve billion rupiah) thus the Company’s paid-up capital increased to Rp50,000,000,000 (fi fty billion rupiah), according to the Notarial Deed of Sutjipto, S.H. No. 47 dated November 10, 1999, as ratifi ed by the Decree of the Ministry of Justice of RI No. C-3388 HT.01.04 dated February 21, 2000.

1994

NASIONAL RE is established in Jakarta as a subsidiary of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Persero) engaging in the business of reinsurance, with the initial authorized capital of Rp100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion rupiah). fully paid-up capital of Rp25,000,000,000 (twenty five billion rupiah).
