Launching of Work Space Floor 2 Nasional Re

After approximately 4 (four) months of renovating work space on 2nd floor of Nasional Re Building, on Wednesday, 7 December 2022 the Board of Directors and all employees of PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia (Nasional Re) finally launching of the work space and held informal 𝘵𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘩a𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 attended by Mr. Achmad Sudiyar Dalimunthe (President Director), Mr. Sunarso (Director of Finance & HR), Mr. Marthin Riahdim Saragih (Caretaker Technical Director), as well as all Nasional Re employees.
In the midst of hustle and bustle of work returning to normal after Covid 19 pandemic, renovation of this work space is expected to increase enthusiasm and work motivation of the employees. Design of a work space with an open space concept was taken by Nasional Re with the aim of removing barriers and boundaries between one employee and another, so that coordination, communication and cohesiveness of employees will be better.
In the event the Board of Directors also conveyed the same thought, that to become a reinsurance company that is trusted, strong, and growing requires hard work and cohesive involvement. After the Board of Directors gave directions, a two-way question and answer session was also held by directors with Nasional Re employees to listen to complaints and rectify issues that were not true while currently at the same time developing. The event ended with a prayer together.
