He got his Bachelor of Mathematics from Institut Pertanian Bogor in 1998 and Master of Actuarial Management from Universitas Indonesia in 2000. In 2001, he started his career at Dana Pensiun Freeport Indonesia and continued at several companies and up 2018 served as Head of DPLK AXA Operations of PT AXA Financial Indonesia. He was once appointed as Head of Insurance and Guarantee of Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) or PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia in 2020, before finally as Chief Executive Officer (President Director) of PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia (Nasional Re) based on the Decision of Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-28/PD.02/2023 dated 28 Agustus 2023.

She earned her Bachelor of Engineering from Universitas Indonesia in 1998 and Master of Management from Perbanas Institute in 2009. She started her career since 1998 at several companies, including insurance. In 2015-2018, she assumed the duties of Group Head Wholesales Business of PT Mandiri AXA General Insurance, and in 2018, served as Head of Finance & Investment and Head of Bank Commercial Marketing at PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia. She was appointed as Operations Director of PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia (Nasional Re) based on the Decision of Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-284/NB.02/2023 dated 7 June 2023.
