ABMS Socialization

The Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) is a management system designed as part of an anti-fraud strategy to identify, prevent and evaluate the possibility of bribery in the company.
PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia (Nasional Re) has implemented ABMS since 2021. The implementation of ABMS by Nasional Re is in accordance with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No.73/POJK.05/2016 regarding Good Corporate Governance for insurance companies which are required to apply the principles of good corporate governance in each of their business activities at all levels or levels of the organization which include openness, accountability, responsibility, independence, and equality and fairness. The implementation of SMAP is also considered in line with the AKHLAK values (trustworthy, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptive, and collaborative) held by the company in accordance with the BUMN Minister Circular Letter No.SE-7/MBU/07/2020, as well as Presidential Decree Number 54 of 2018 on corruption prevention strategy launched by the government.
Nasional Re is also committed to continue socializing the implementation of ABMS to all its business partners. On Tuesday, 13 June 2023, Nasional Re held a ABMS socialization to all its business partners virtually through a zoom cloud meeting. Also present were Mr. Teguh Tjahjono, Head of Compliance & Risk Management Division as moderator, Mr. Yuwono Dwisilo Sucipto, ISO 37001:2016 consultant as guest speaker, as well as the National Re’s team and its business partners.
During the meeting, National Re explained matters that included in gratuities, bribery and prevention efforts. In addition, National Re also informed the violation reporting service if they see and hear violations / fraud committed by employees within National Re. Through this socialization, Nasional Re hopes to be able to build and implement the compliance system to all related parties, as well as prevent fraudulent practices.
